Stands for "Caucasian Ebonics". It is the technical term for the "white person" voice made famous by black comedians. This can be done by nasally pronouncing every syllable in a sentence properly.

The completely rational fear of cole slaw. The sincere belief that the combination of shredded cabbage, carrots, and mayonaise is the product of sinister forces.

Aunt: "Would you like to try some of my cole slaw?"
Me: "No thank you. I suffer from slawstrophobia"
