n. The phrase used in college for a person who looks like someone you knew in high school. It is often a sign of needing to get over the fact that one is in college now.

Friend 1- "Whoa! There is Jenna's look-alike!"

Friend 2- "Yeah I guess it does look like her, but we're in college now bro. It's time to move on."
