Fanky is a term used to describe someone who’s constantly angry, drunk and horrible to be around. There’s always a “fanky” in the friend group who ruins everything by getting too belligerent and creating problems.

Aw man, he’s coming out with us? He’s so fanky it’s a living hell dealing with that guy. He’s drinking fireball isn’t he?
