A Paul is a guy that roams around your office building all day holding a cup of coffee. A Paul likes to walk around, hence the name Paul Walker. A Paul doesn't like to work and is usually very slow.

I just spotted a Paul in our office building.

That chair is empty, there must be a Paul around here.
