A over weight person(or fat) (pronounced foezet) That wants to where tight fitting clouthes and in style clothing;and does it as well. The clothing does not fit and looks disgusting as bulge hang's out. It makes you want to puke.

guy1:Danellea is wearing skinny jeans today.they look disgustine on her!
