Slang term for receiving fellatio. Safer to use amongst mixed company, as many people do not realize what the hell is being talked about.
Billy: "Honey, would you like to give me a Blow J. Simpson right now?"
Dad: "Great Football player, it's really a shame what he ended up with."
Sally: "In the car on the way home, for sure."
Mom: "Didn't he drive a Bronco?"
