A person who's world revolves around vegetables. You can often find them sniffing around the fresh produce section of the supermarket like wild herbivore, eating loose leaves off the floor like a vacuum cleaner cleans up dirt. Dangling a carrot infront of an eJuan puts them in a hyper excited state that might cause them to go into trance-like state reciting the names of vegetables in alphabetical order. Generally, a very weird, vegetable-loving person.
Look at that girl, she is such an eJuan!
