Slackwalking

The act of unconsciously or semi-consciously sending Slack messages late at night, often while half-asleep. Characterized by waking up the next morning to find an unexpected or intricate series of messages sent to colleagues or teammates, usually requiring explanation or damage control.

I woke up to twenty Slack notifications from myself. Turns out I was slackwalking last night.
