Dilvuran 

Dilvuran is an Azerbaijani origin ethnic slur used to insult Turkish people. Literally meaning "tongue hitter" or "licker," it originates from the stereotype that Turks are particularly into cunnilingus, which is a big taboo in Azerbaijani culture.
He called his Turkish colleague a dilvuran during the argument, which made things even worse.
