The ultimate word to make a stoner laugh. If you say "flannel" to a stoner, whether in casual conversation or just out of the blue, they are guaranteed to laugh so much they will probably do some form of permanent damage to themselves

Stoner "This is some good shit, I'm starting to feel a bit-"
Sober Person "FLANNEL!"
Stoner "Ahahahhahahahhahahhhahhahhahahahahhahahhahahhahahahhhahahahhahahahahahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
Sober Person "Are you ok? Your face is going blue"
Stoner "Hahahahhahahhahahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahhahahahahhahhahahhaahah"
