A pilja can be defined as a dick person in general. A pilja will steal your money, be a tease sexually, and always find a way to ruin your night or stab you in the back. A pilja seems really cool at first then turns out to be a douche bag.
I hung out with this guy I thought was really cute last night, he ended up making me pay for the date and didnt even come back to my apartment with me. He turned out to be a total pilja.
