"Toutes Taxes Comprises"
Unlike in the US every prices in France are tax-including. "TTC" prices are prices with "All Taxes Comprised" to distinguish them from "HT" ("Hors Taxe") prices - VAT free ("sans TVA" in french).

Note that VAT is up to 20% in France.

Le billet pour NYC coûte 375 € TTC, ce qui fait 300 € HT.
