A woman who permanently chooses absolute celibacy and completely locks down her dating life out of pure, unyielding loyalty to a specific crush who is *specifically* a volcel.
Actively refuses to talk to men because the only guy that is in her heart is her volcel crush.

A: "Girl, why aren't you dating anybody?"
B: "Well, my crush is a volcel."
A: "Oh, that's unfortunate. But what does that have to do with you not dating anybody?"
B: "Well, thing is, I don't want to talk to any guys other than him. Nobody can compare to him, so I choose to be a proxicel."
