A flaw is a player that usually can't aim at all and has a movement of a potato. Sadly his brain only works less than 50% of the times. Wasted 10k hours in a game and got banned because he was shit. A flaw usually has a big flaw in the brain and works like a broken bot.

Did you see how that guy was playing and moving? Yes wtf he must be a flaw!
