ceff is derived from CEFF which is an acronym for, "Cats Exploding From Farting." Cats under normal circumstances could never actually explode from farting. But, from EXTREME CAT EXTROSCITY EXTREMENESS EPIC CAT AWESOMENESS cats can actually explode if they reach this level.
If things are so extreme that they reach this level then they are 'ceff'.
