A rambunctious, independent or obstreperous child under the age of five.
PL (Boonags) A herd of ornery, independent childeren under the age of five.

That damn boonag unlocked the window, broke the screen, climbed out the window, got in the car, somehow put it into neutral and backed it into the street!
