When you want to simultaneously tell a friend to go fuck themselves and imply vulgar homosexuality (without directly calling somebody gay because that's outdated now), you tell them to go fuck a poo, dude. It's insulting because the implications are that they have direct access to a dirty ass they can go and fuck whenever they please, and if not, they'll have to find one. It suggests a homeless, unwashed, backed up ass that has enough shit it it to the point where you can fornicate with it. But either way, they're better off fucking a poo than hanging around you.
