it can be used for a lot of things; most used when talking about someone you don't like or if your friend is acting like a bitch you might call them a clit as a joke. clit is more serious though; don't call someone this unless it's your good friend or if they deserve it.
similar to asshole or cunt

She was being such a clit today ! she totally ignored me when i said hi
Jennifer stole my boyfriend. what a clit !
