It's the playmate of a stoner kitten, it's the one that teaches her everything. Usually has a stoner boner.

Stoner Kitten: "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THIS!!!?!?!"
Stoner Dog: "Relaaaax. You just smoke it."
Stoner Kitten: "Ohhhhh. Thanks my dog!"
Stoner Dog: "No worries man."
