Lezzing it up refers the act of dressing, speaking or showing mannerisms attributed to lesbians.

Friend #1: Did you see those army boots Lisa wore to the party?

Friend #2: Yeah, she was really lezzing it up.

Example 2 -

Friend: I think Caroline would be hot if she didn't lezz it up all the time.
