symptoms include: every person in the car becoming extremely annoying, feeling like the car is shrinking, and trying to sleep but not being able to. Related to cabin fever, but in a car.

Forest: Dude you're touching my shoulder.
Flint: Dude whatever everyone in this stinkin' car is touching shoulders, stupid.
Forest: Oh, it must just be the car fever.

Flint: Yeah, that's what I thought.
