Buttleak 

Buttleak/leaking - Extreme diarrhea where one is literally leaking from their butthole. Could be described as urinating through the butthole. This is typically caused by excessive alcohol consumption or food poisoning.

I have buttleak because I drank too much tequila last night.
I have been on the toilet all day leaking my ass off.
