1.) Someone who is motivated or characterized by an extreme, uncritical enthusiasm for the Sid Meir's Civilization game series.

I could tell he was a civfanatic when he started talking about how the Aztecs invaded the Japanese in the year 857AD with an army of Crossbowman. He claims they had more gold per turn.
