A combination of the words "chill" and "post", used in a situation where you are posted up, chilling. The location in which you chost is similarly known as a "chost spot"

"I don't wanna be at the bar anymore dude this is lame. Let's go chost at the crib"
"Yeah bro your couch is an all time chost spot when I'm hung tits."
