The act of taking off one's shoe during sexual intercourse, pooping into the shoe, putting it back on, and stomping repeatedly onto your partner's (usually male) genitalia.

Person 1: "Hey Matt, did your girl give you the goomba shoe last night?"
Person 2: "Yeah man it was crazy!"
