adj. to be in the current or constant state of being shafted.

a word used to decribe someone who is getting shafted or has been getting shafted all his/her life.

some emo kid:*gets hit in the face with a baseball bat*
some guy: whoa....that kid is so shabnum.
emo kid:*cries/slits wrists*
