T&C 

Tall and Confused. Used in reference to an attractive boy so tall (usually around 6'5") that he always seems to look confused. T&Cs usually resemble new born giraffes.

"Hey, did you see that T&C Collin?"

"Yeah, I don't think he had any idea what was going on"
