a cleverly shaped piece of cloth designed to hold the external labia from slapping each other and create the much dreaded "vaginal slapping noise", also referred to as a "snatchsmack" or a "chesterfield". Normally only happens to overweight women because the fat weighs the flaps of skin down. Sometimes vagina trousers are equipped with absorbant material to collect any unwanted drippage.
