Person who overqualifies being an ass clown. One who wanders aimlessly and talks about the dumbest stuff. Person who wastes your time, consumes your air and is generally dipshit by nature. They are the culmination of dipshit, ass clown, and every other known form of idiot compiled into one person.

Scissor-ass

When two homo's lock asses and grind on eachother. Another term for a dumbass where all the worthlessness in the world is made up into one being.
