Gay ATV. A word used to describe an All Terrain Vehicle. Also known as a four wheelers or quads. People who do not like atvs often call them gaytv's. ATVs are for farm use and work. They are raced/rode by pussys who can't ride bikes.

Bob: Dude, did Jeff get a new dirt bike?

Mike: No, he's a douche. He got a gaytv instead.

Bob: What a pussy.
