derogatory term. taken from the original term "fucktard" has many applications. generally used to call someone a combination of being a retard and acting like a cock. can also be used to infer someone is gay, or 'loves teh cock'

drucken idiot: "man, I'm SOOOO smashed haw haw"
random bypasser: "get off the road and stop being sucha cocktard"

eg2. "man, mikie is SUCH a cocktard! I swear he's going to go incontinet soon if he doesn't stop!"
