Awesome people being awesome, doing awesome stuff. A person tipcally hailing from the midwest, or just parties with people in the midwest. Its about being wasted in the midwest. However you can be straight edge and be midwested... but only if you are super awesome.

(speaking about a group of awesome drunk people.) Man, those kids sure are midwasted!

similar to a dudebro, a todd is a guy who always has his collar popped, listens to dave mathews constantly, and is probably in a frat.

Look at those todds, save a balloon... pop a collar.
