Exceedingly ridiculous, over-the-top, unbelievably idiotic, recockulous, but in reference to a female offender.

Person 1-- "Did you see that girl dancing on the tables at the party last night? She only had two drinks and kept screaming and taking her clothes off."

Person 2-- "Yeah, that bitch is recuntulous."
