when one forgets pre cleaning cleaning, and their are items left on the floor that will put your vacuum to the ultimate test in suction. the jen test.
if you are vacuuming and your vacuum fails to suck up say socks, earrings, rocks, small children, then it is not a true vacuum and you have been ripped off. if your vacuum can withstand the jen test, all of these things will disapear.
