Stands for Prude Horny Bitch Syndrome. Usually refers to girls who are "all talk," and not willing to do anything with boys until they are old and saggy.

Jeremy- Dude, Lia told me she wanted my dick last night, but when I talked to her today she shrugged at me.
Chris- The bitch probably has PHBS.
Jeremy- Sounds serious.
