Verb: The act of (willing or unwilling) sharing your chips with a friend.

Stephenson opens a bag of chips.
Tyler: Yo Stephenson, lemme get some chip-share up in here.
Stephenson: yea bro, get some.
Tyler takes some chips, everyone is happy.
