Flying With Turban. In the post 9/11 era, people with turbans generally have to go through additional security checks at airports before boarding the plane. When someone is FWT, this can also result in dirty and/or paranoid looks from other passengers on the same flight.
person 1: Man, what took you so long at the security line? We're going to miss our flight.
person: I had to go through some additional screenings for attempting to FWT.
person: I had to go through some additional screenings for attempting to FWT.
