When someone's ghosting on somebody else, but still is in the other person's life occasionally.

Girl 1: This guy I met a few months ago just dissapeared and stopped talking to me.

Girl 2: Ugh, I hate it guys, who just stard ghosting you randomly.
Girl 1: But the weird thing is, he still likes my instagram pictures!
Girl 2: Actually, I think he's haunting you!
