A person who practices a form of (harmless) racism against that sometimes obnoxious group of people known most commonly known as NY Yankees fans.

SF Giants Fan: "Dude, the Yankees suck."

NY Yankees Fan: "C'mon, Why you gotta be such a Yacist?"
