The name Mya is from a Greek origin. The word Mya means 'great', 'mother', 'illusion', 'drop of sea', 'pearl', or 'brave warrior'. Most Mya's are of the sweet variety, but get on their bad side and you're doomed. They are always prepared, or "the mom of the group" and are a great person to go to if a disagreement every arises. Most Mya's are very insecure and don't realize their own beauty. Not only are they beautiful they also have an amazing personality and are very fun to be around. They love the warm weather and traveling to exotic places. They also enjoy relaxing with friends and family, and spending time with animals. If you meet a Mya treat them well, cause remember, if you get on their bad side, you're doomed. <3
