The cosmic fusion of the words cool and mediocre.

Used to describe people/things that are somewhat cool, yet just not quite cool enough to warrant dropping the "c bomb".

Also used as an affirmation to a question.

Bill: Hey, how was the concert last night?

Bill: Do you want to meet up at the mall at 2?
