chances are she's been hurt pretty badly by a lot of people before, but she's not going to let you know that. She won't let you see her cry, but she does, a lot. She will blame herself for everything, even if it's clearly not her fault. She gives everyone a second chance, but if you break her trust again after that, then you might want to watch out, she often will have a lot more power than you realize.
