Any recipient of government (goobermint) money, either through 'employment' (goobermint workers) or welfare (goobermint benefits recipients). Goobers make their livings with a gun to our heads. They like to intermingle with peaceful people whom they victimize (freepers), but they are not their friends.

Goobers are all around us, no wonder we're going down!
