The(cough)people(cough) that seem to feed off of other peoples negative emotions on the internet. That they themselves started /caused in the first place for no obvious reason.
person 1 : Wow do you notice that the netpires are out in force today.
person 2 : Yes I have noticed. After they get everyone riled up. There will be a feeding frenzy later I'm sure.

The (cough) people (cough) on the internet that seem to feed off of negative emotions of others like pain /sadness/anger. That they themselves caused/started in the first place for no logical reason.
person 1: Do you notice that the netpires are out in force today.
person 2: I do. Once they get everyone riled up there will be a feeding frenzy later.
