Chloe is an overly sensitive hypocrite; her jokes make no sense, and you feel like you need to give a sympathy laugh when you hear them. Chloe has terrible grammar, math and general knowledge. She was probably homeschooled, and she can't fight for her life. emotionally and literally. but either way She's never really boring and usually comes off as strange to most people. Her main personality is art and just having no clue whatsoever what's happening.
