An insane joke ending in an incredibly bizzare ending that confuses the person listening to it, while the person telling it is laughing their ass off.
Person one:
"...and then I was like, 'but how would the cake get into it's ass in the first place?' ahahhahaha"
Person two:
"That was the dumbest kaioke I've ever heard. My brain hurts. Go die."
