1. A savory food item that combines the best of Italian and Mexican cuisines, a pizzadilla is essentially a quesadilla with pepperoni as the primary filling (other than cheese of course). The pizzadilla can be spiced up any number of ways, much like a real pizza!

2. A poor man's pizza.

Didn't have any real meat in the house so I made a pizzadilla for dinner.
