a rowtit is an unrecognised medical condition common in very hairy men, in which nipple hair gets too long, too out of control, too quickly

being able to grow a rowtit is a sign of either being a man child and/or a very hairy bloke in general

dude 1: "I think I have finally hit puberty"
dude 2: "well can you grow a rowtit?"
dude 1: "no..."
dude 2: "then you are not yet a man!"
