To tastualize something is to try and think about what something would taste like. The tasting equvialent to visualize.

Person 1: "Do you think I should put mayo on my collard greens?"
Person 2: "I dunno I can't really tastualize that"
Eavesdropping Bystander: "Who the fuck eats collard greens?!"
