1. An arrogant/self-righteous person, usually with delusions of intellect
2. Someone with repressed homosexual tendencies (less common)
1) "Mate, Chris was acting like a bit of a Wembo tonight." "I know, what a
tool!"
2) "Did you see how Andrew was looking at Jimmy at the
pub? I reckon he might be a bit of a Wembo..."
